The house has been completely refurbished in 2023 following a modern and minimalistic design approach. With it's 3 bedrooms it can host 6 guests. An open modern kitchen with Bosch-appliances and Nespresso-machine, 2 bathrooms and a combined living /dining area with an open fireplace as well as a Smart-TV with Netflix will ensure that you will feel at home during your stay.
All rooms have AC (hot/cold) and ceiling fans. You will find of course free WIFI and a washing machine as well. Apart from the sunny roof terrace, there is another terrace on the ground floor with a large dining table overlooking the beautiful community garden and the pool as well as a sunny balcony with sun beds on the first floor accessible from both bedrooms upstairs enabling you to enjoy the 300 sunny days per year in Denia.

The name "Pura Vida" pays tribute to Costa Rica, the country that inspired us to start our vacation rental project. When asked "How are you?" this expression can be used to answer "very well" but it also defines a philosophy of life based on satisfaction, optimism and serenity generated by everything that is simple and natural.
