It is a house with modern and minimalist decoration and can accommodate six people.The apartment consists of three bedrooms (one of which has a built-in dressing room) and two bathrooms with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining room, enhancing the feeling of light and spaciousness inside. The living-dining room also has a modern wood-burning fireplace for those who decide to spend precious moments in the bungalow in winter.

The house has three beautiful outdoor areas where you can enjoy every moment outdoors: a spacious balcony where you can have breakfast, a large veranda with direct access to the pool where you can have lunch and an impressive roof terrace upstairs Part of the house where you can enjoy the summer evenings.

The chalet has every comfort: a parking space at the entrance ramp to the bungalow, LED HD TV, WiFi, satellite dish, AACC (hot/cold) in all rooms and ceiling fans for your enjoyment. Use the system you prefer. We wanted you to have everything you need to spend a vacation with every comfort.

The urbanization offers beautiful gardens where you can relax, as well as a beautiful swimming pool for adults and children.

For dog owners, there is a park in the immediate vicinity, which you can reach through a gate about 10m from the front door of the house.
